The Craft

Balochi embroidery — doch — is one of the oldest needlework traditions in South Asia: dense fields of geometry, counted thread by thread, passed from mother to daughter for generations.
Zeyaa brings that inheritance into the present. Every piece begins as plain Makhan cloth and weeks of patience — chest panels, sleeves and hems filled entirely by hand, then cut and stitched into a silhouette you can wear anywhere. No machines, no shortcuts, no two pieces alike.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — we ship nationwide by courier, typically 3–5 working days once your piece is ready. Delivery charges are confirmed by message when you order.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Zeyaa ships worldwide; international delivery usually takes 7–14 working days depending on the destination. We'll confirm the exact shipping cost for your country before you commit to anything.
Will it be stitched to my measurements?
Every piece is. Zeyaa is stitched wear, not off-the-rack — once you order, we take your measurements over Instagram or email and finish the piece to fit you.
How long does a piece take?
Every piece is made to order. A single artisan embroiders and stitches yours from start to finish, which takes roughly 6-12 weeks depending on the design, plus a few days' shipping within Pakistan (a little longer internationally). We'll confirm your timeline when you order.
Can I customise the colour?
Not at the moment — each piece comes in the colour shown. Because every thread is placed by hand, the exact shade may vary a little from how it looks on your screen.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Each piece is made individually to order, so we don't offer returns or exchanges — unless it reaches you with a fault on our side, which we'll always put right.
How do I care for hand embroidery?
Gently. Hand wash cold or dry clean, never wring, dry flat in the shade, and iron inside-out on low — never directly over the threadwork or mirrors.
How do I pay?
We confirm your order by message and share payment details there — bank transfer within Pakistan, and cash on delivery where available. International orders are confirmed before dispatch.
